Deleting Events and Registrations

The system will not delete old/expired events. System just moves to a blank screen. The same applies when i try and delete individual registrations. Have attempted by moving to trash and by selecting individually/Users/Calypso/Desktop/Screen Shot 2018-10-06 at 13.56.49.png/Users/Calypso/Desktop/Screen Shot 2018-10-06 at 13.58.40.png

Hi there,

It looks like you have tried to include screenshots above but they are just paths to what looks like your local machine so I can’t view those.

For screenshots you’ll need to host the image somewhere and include a link we can use to view them, we have some examples here:

A blank screen usually means a fatal error is being thrown and your server is (correctly) set to not display the error on the page. Your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view any errors on your site, if you check there do you see any errors from EE?
