Deleting Bad Registrations

I have seen several questions regarding deletion of registrants, but I am unable to make them work.

I’m not sure how it got to this point. We need to delete and restart over with a registrant.

I know the order in which you are supposed to be able to do this is:
1) Delete the payment on the transaction
2) Delete the registration. Then delete it from the trash

When I go to the transaction, it says that it is complete, but there are no transaction items to delete – we are using Stripe to process.

Because I can’t delete the transaction, I can’t delete the person.

Help?? 🙂

Is this happening with a specific registrant or multiple registrants?

Hi,

When the payment from a transaction is removed then this releases the transaction which would otherwise be locked. It sounds like that something went wrong here and we can help you remove that registrant.

However, we’ll need access to the database to do so.

As a sidenote, this errant entry should not prevent this person for registering right away (if they need to do so).
