Deleting an Event – Cancel and Notify Email Template?

Is there an editable email template somewhere for when an event is deleted using the cancel and notify button? What kind of notification message is sent?

Hi there,

Just to clarify, there is no ‘Cancel and notify’ button for events so I assume you mean the ‘Cancel Registrations and Notify’ option?

If so that’s will trigger the ‘Registration Cancelled’ message type:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Registration Cancelled -> Edit Registrant

Thats the template the above will trigger.
