Delete Registration & Transactiions

Hi,

We are using EE4

We have about 100 odd registrations and transactions we are wanting to delete completely.

When trying to delete a paid transaction it doesn’t seem to let us delete it.

How can we do this on mass?

Hi Mike,

The short answer is you cannot delete those en masse because Event Espresso 4 does not have the capability to delete payments in bulk. Each payment will need to be deleted first, then the registrations can be deleted in bulk.
