Delete old registrations and events

I started using this software back in 2013. I would like to clear the registrations/tickets/events and only keep the last two years. Several events are locked with locked registrations. I’ve read some older posts stating that there isn’t a function to delete events if they have locked registrations. We are looking at several thousand locked registrations. Please tell me that there is now a better way to do this. With CCPA & GDPR there has to be a better way to remove old transactions and not keep this information around.

Hi Mike,

Currently not.

We are working on a ‘cascading delete’ function that will make this easier but as it stands it is not ready for release.
