Hi Marcio, here is an example of how to filter the ticket name and description:

This line (https://gist.github.com/mnelson4/5f800aaffedc9c794b3f#file-functions-php-L8) handles the content that is displayed. Remove anything that isn’t needed.

The filter can be added to your child theme’s functions.php file or site specific plugin. Thanks!
