To uninstall EE3 you can go to Dashboard -> Plugins.
De-activate and Delete EE3 from the list there, that will remove the plugin files but you may also need to manually remove any files within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/
We don’t currently have a utility to remove the EE3 tables from the database so they would been to be dropped manually using PHPMyAdmin or similar.
All of the EE3 tables use {wp_prefix}events_ as a prefix for the tables, {wp_prefix} depends on your site, but its often just wp_, so then the EE tables would begin with wp_events_
Be sure to create a full database backup before you start dropping tables just to be safe.
