Delete a locked ticket

EE 4.3.0, very latest, have updated the database; no add ons
please note I had the same issue before and after the update
WP 3.9.1
How do you delete a locked ticket? EE is a great plugin but you need to make it clear that testing can result in these locked tickets with no delete button.

You can delete a locked ticket by removing all payments associated with tickets for the locked ticket type (in Event Espresso > Transactions). Then trash & permanently delete all registrations for that ticket. Then you’ll be able to delete that ticket type from the event.
