Delete a Duplicate Paid Registration

I need to delete a duplicate paid registration. There is a lock and I cannot delete from the EE. I have already issued the refund on Stripe but the duplicate registration still remains. How do I delete?

If there’s no payment, then you trash then permanently delete the registration. The related transaction will automatically be deleted when the related registration is deleted. (If there is more than one registration related to one transaction, you’ll need to delete all registrations for that transaction)

If there are payments, those need to be deleted first before you can delete the registrations.

Here’s how you do it.

Click on the Registration in Event Espresso -> Registrations to edit it, click the ‘View Transaction’ button

Then click on the trash icon next to each payment within a transaction to remove it. https://monosnap.com/file/JgDaKowd6TNooNDwCQaBko6yNly01S

Then go back to registration and delete that registration.

If you’re unsure, you have to backup your site first.
