Delay Creating User Until Payment is Accepted

I’m using the Infusionsoft Integration, and it is applying the product and tagging the primary/guests before the payment is put in. Is there a way to delay submitting the contact data to Infusion until the payment is submitted?

Hello Chris,

In the EE3 version, I think the registration details are recorded in the system early, so that they can be updated if a payment is made at a later date/time. In EE4, I believe the record is created at the time of payment, but I might be mistaken, so I have followed up with a developer that is familiar with that aspect of the system.
