default registration status approved messages

Hi, we are using for most of the events “default status approved” when registering. the ‘payment pending message’ is sent correctly. But the ‘approved message’ isn’t sent. We need to send it afterwards. Is it a setting that I am missing somewhere? Or how can we make it sent immediately too.

Hi Lieven,

Your using a Default Registration Status (DRS for short) of Approved but the ‘Registration Pending Payment’ is being sent?

Are you manually triggering that email?

When you use a DRS of Approved, the Registration Approved message should be triggered during registration, not Pending Payment.

Is there a test event I can register on to view this?
