when folks sign up and pay for a class they receive an email w/ a bill attached needless to say thats incorrect

Try removing the [invoice_link] from the emails that get sent out. |

that was my first idea but i can’t find it and i disabled the others but it still goes out! |
Which method are you using to compose the emails? In Event Espresso 3.1, there are 3 options: 1) On the general settings page, under mail settings, for a globally set email |

i actually never set up any of those some how somewhere there is an email being generated |
If you didn’t set anything up, it’s most likely using the default emails from the general settings screen. Check those for an invoice link. |

Can you verify that this email is the one that is sent to the registrant? The email that is sent to the admin will automatically have an invoice link. The invoice link shortcode would need to be in the contents of the registration confirmation email in order for the attendee to get a link to download the invoice. The shortcode will look something like this: |

still not finding anything that comes close to what i’m receiving lets work on getting the address correct i changed it to our address along time ago but it still comes this way |
In the invoice payment settings box on the Event Espresso>Payments screen. Are the registrants receiving an invoice link, or only the admin? |
