I have encountered some challenges in updating the language on the “Approved Registration” message, as it reverts back despite multiple attempts.

I would like every registrant to receive a confirmation email containing event details, regardless of whether they prepay or plan to pay at the event.

For instance, during a test registration for “Amber Test Moon” on October 8, I noticed that the message template indicated pending payment because I selected the cash option. After changing the status to approved and selecting ‘yes’ for the related email option, I received a generic approved registration email. However, I would prefer to have my custom message included.

Could you please advise me on how to correct this issue?

Hi there,

I have encountered some challenges in updating the language on the “Approved Registration” message, as it reverts back despite multiple attempts.

Which specific message are you editing here?

I know it’s Registration Approved but which context?

The default/global template or a custom template?

I would like every registrant to receive a confirmation email containing event details, regardless of whether they prepay or plan to pay at the event.

So do you want them all to be Approved approved by default?

However, I would prefer to have my custom message included.

Do you have the custom template set up on the event in the notifications section?
