I’m having difficulty with Pending Payments. Since upgrading from EE3 I’ve setup EE4 so that all Events/Classes purchases are set to Payment Approved. I even went in to each individual class and set them to Payment Approved.

Classes notification emails are still being received as Payment Pending. I went to EVENTS> MESSAGES> SETTINGS and tried to drag and drop to deactivate Pending Payments and I get the spinning wheel, but nothing ever happens and Pending Payments are still active.

You can remove the content from the To: field of the Registration Pending Payment email and they will no longer send.

thanks for the quick response. I did as you had directed and you can see that it still presents that the email will be sent to designated email addresses.
This image show that I have removed the email addresses from the TO field.

This image shows how the Pending Payment link appears on the MESSAGES Page.

It doesn’t appear as though the change had been applied.

You will need to go in to edit the Primary Registrant context and remove the content from the To: field there as well, then save.

Hi Daniel,

Your editing the Event Admin context –

The checking the recipient context –

Either click that link I have highlighted to open the Primary Registrant context, OR select the Primary Registrant contexts from the dropdown in the first image and click ‘switch recipient’. The current message context you are editing is shown at the top (where I have also highlighted on the first image)

Thanks for getting back to me.
I removed any linked email addresses to the PENDING PAYMENTS message. I’ll be doing tests to ensure all is working. I’ll report back.
