I attempted deactivating numerous plugins, no effect.
Also, when attempting to create a new ticket, I get the prompt asking me if I want to leave or stay on the page, as though I clicking a link out.
I recently had trouble with the caching of the EE pages and had to ask our host WPEngine to re-add the EE pages to the do not cache list.
