Hello,
I am using EE4. Started with Decaf (created a couple of events) but purchased EE the same day. In Decaf there where no time sliders.
After cleaning (maintenance) and reinstalling EE premium. Activating my copy (this is also shown in my profile on the EE support page), I still do not have the option to set a time on my events.
Is there something else I can do to fix this?

Hi there,
Which theme are you using? Divi by any chance?
The above usually means a theme or plugin is loading scrips on the event editor and overriding EE’s versions.
Try switching to a default theme and retesting the times, do they show? You can do that for just admins using Theme Test Drive.
If not you’ll need to de-activate all non-EE plugins and confirm the sliders work then, then re-active each plugin and retest by loading the event page to see if the sliders have disappeared.

You can use this function to disable Divi builder on the EE event editor (Divi Booster is enabling it and that is causing the problem)

Add that to a Custom Functions Plugin on your site and it will remove it which should allow the above to work.
