The date picker fields in our registration forms are showing up as text boxes instead, and when someone tries to enter a promo code, it automatically shows up as a failed credit card payment instead. How should we troubleshoot this?
The date picker question should show as text fields until you click on them and then you see a date picker, I’ve just done a quick test on your event and that seems to be working for me (See HERE), does it not for you?
If not, which browser are you using?
With regards to the promotion code issue, can you post a promo code I can use to test this and see what is happening? (Note you can set your reply to private to prevent the promo code being publicly available)
