Really happy with your plugin, I just have one last bug I need to fix and I am all ready to go with your booking system π
For some reason the email that gets sent out to a customer once they have made a booking is missing the date of the event. This only occurs with recurring events, I tried setting up a single event for one day and the email contained the date.
Just wondering if this is a bug or have I missed an option somewhere?
I don’t think this is a bug because I just sent out a test registration confirmation from a recurring event and it had the correct date of the event in the email.
I would check and make sure that the email set to be sent out includes the [start_date] email shortcode and that there are event start and end times for these recurring events.
There have been issues with other plugins breaking the date email shortcodes, but I’d think if that were the case here you wouldn’t get dates on any of the emails.
My event doesn’t have a set time so this is why I didn’t enter a time, is there no way to get around not adding a time and still have the event date show up in the email? If not I will just add a standard time to the event.
I don’t believe there is a way around it. If all your events don’t have times though then you can hide the times from the website via CSS.
