Good Afternoon,
We are trying to run the Event Espresso database update but are experiencing the following issue. Would you be able to advise how we can proceed to run the update please?
Here’s the issue on first entry to the database maintenance screen code was displayed and not working update database form.
Subsequently (I was checking other options), the page became blank

Hi there,
We’ve just pushed an update for EE4 (v4.10.20.p) that should prevent what I think you are referring to here:
Here’s the issue on first entry to the database maintenance screen code was displayed and not working update database form.
With regards to a white screen that usually means there is a ‘fatal error’ being thrown and that should show in the error logs. If you can check those (your host will usually have a section you can view PHP errors on the site in your control panel) and post anything from Event Espresso in there we can investigate further.

Hi Tony, the system seems to be stuck in maintenance mode so cannot run the update. Is there a way I can attached a file so we can send through error logs?

Which version did you update from?
You can send them to support[at]eventespresso.com
Or host the file and post a link here we can use to download it
