We are having a problem with our email browser (separate issue) and need to access a main database of all of our registrations. Does our EE portal collect and save registrations so we can access the database?
Do you mean here within EventEspresso.com? If so then no, all your event data is stored within your sites database and we don’t have any access to it.
On the site itself, you can go to Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> Registrations to view your registrations but I assume that’s not what you are referring to?
