Data source?

We have an event that is 1 bundle / 4 people. On the details, the 4 sold is correct, but where is the 15 for Total Sold being pulled from? I can’t figure out what that number is referring to.

Hi there,

That column is the sold value from the datetime that ticket is assigned to.

Your event has a single datetime which means all of your tickets are assign to the same one, so then 15 count is the total value of all of the ‘sold’ tickets on the datetime.
