Hi there,
This plugin looks great. I may just be trying to use it the wrong way. After numerous days and a couple of developers, we can’t seem to make the configuration work for with event espresso for the non-profit children’s dance studio I am helping pro-bono.
I purchased the mid-level package and installed recurring events and MER.
What we need is the ability to allow one parent to register multiple students for multiple classes (if necessary). There are options for 1,2,3 classes per week and pay with one, 3 or 8 installments.
I saw “example” of other sites that used EventEspresso for classes, but we cannot figure it out.
I would happily pay for support, but I really just need to know if this system is a good fit for our application if I am just completely using the wrong product for this purpose. Maybe we just need some help?

Hi Perry,
From what you said it sounds pretty simple. Each event must have the Event Options set so that Allow group registrations? is set to Yes and Max Group Registrants is set as applicable.
Then I would add a custom Question Group containing extra information such as parent name, medical conditions, etc, and apply it to the events.
Then with MER active the parent can select the number of events they want to sign to by adding to cart and in the cart select the number of tickets they want per event. They will then need to add in the details of the attendees. They do need to do it for each ticket, but there is a handy copy button.
Payment by instalment is not available in Event Espresso, so you would need to work within that constraint.
