CVS report isn't pulling all information – a lot of questions not listed

Hi there,

I hope you can help me. MY CSV report isn’t pulling all information – we have created few more question groups where some of it are visible on the report and some not.
can you help please?

All sorted now – I found the issue – basically every question needs to have unique question label (admin-only).
All sorted now.
