Customizing Payment Confirmation Pages

Is it best to move the payment_page.php to the uploads folder to make custom changes to the payment confirmation page? Are there any others that are used we should modify as well (like for Multi-event)? Thanks.

I would start with that file, but you may have to copy the gateway files that you are using to that folder as well.
