Is it possible to export Event Registration so that each person who purchased multiple tickets shows up only once (with the amount of purchased tickets)?

Hi there,
It’s not really how the current system is designed to work as it pulls every registrations and creates a new row for each, you can filter each single row but you need to filter ‘groups’ of registration for the above to work. It would be possible to do with some custom development but not something we can provide at this time.
If this is critical for your events I’d recommend contacting a developer to create this for you, we have a list of developers familiar with Event Espresso here:
