Customized Confirmation Email

I created a custom email for confirmation but don’t know how to activate it. E4 just sends the default.

Hi there,

You can select the template for a specific message type within the ‘Notifications’ section on each individual event, here:

Just to note, the ‘Default message templates’ within EE are the templates used by default for all events, ‘Custom Message Templates’ are intended as templates to be used for specific events. So if you custom template is intended to be used on all events you would need to either select that custom template each time, or transfer your customizations to the ‘Default Templates’ and just use the ‘Global’ option (which is the default for the Default Templates).
