I’d really like to be able to customize the layout of the elements that appear in the event listing. How do I locate the file for that layout? I’m under the impression that I should be able to copy that file to my child theme and modify it there. Is this the case? If so, please point me to the specific directory that layout file is in.

Hi there,
You’ll find the template files within:
/event-espresso-core-reg/public/Espresso_Arabica_2014/
Espresso_Arabica_2014 is a child theme based on 2014 so not all templates will be compatible with your theme, for example the single-espresso_events.php will likely use different classes on the elements than your theme does but it depends on which templates/elements you want to edit.
