Do you have an active support license?
If so can you please log into the account used to purchase the license.
Currently the ticketing app does not pull in all of the additional registration info to display within the app. This would require a custom app be developed to include all of the information.
The attendee CSV should already include all of the custom questions within each registration.
yes, I have an EE3 Business License which includes support according to my account details…I am surprised you are asking, as I thought this shows up in my user records.
Thanks for clarifying, so the app is just the “gate-keeper”, logging people into the event. The way to go will therefore be an Excel sheet containing all data.
Sorry, as to my knowledge it would be fairly easy to dynamically build the attendee data table in the app dynamically, simply taking the records from the event data.
Your account had not updated correctly so it didn’t show your support license. This has now been fixed, you should also now have access to all forums within the dropdown (rather than just the ticketing add-on forum) when posting, please let me know if you do not.
The app was designed as a ticket scanning app, simply to check users in and out. It currently only pulls in the information within the registration (payment details, status, ticket status etc) and not the questions which are stored separately.
Pulling the information into the app itself is not the problem, its that the app currently does not support it so as of right now there’s no way for you to get to the information, however I will add this for consideration in a future version of the app.
