Hi,

Is it possible to customise the time span for reports?
How is the span of dates for reports determined?
At the moment I am seeing 5 events within the same week, for different events all overlapping in one column, such that I can’t see how many bookings there are for each event, as in this image:

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

How are the events set up?

Are they separate events or a single event with multiple datetimes?

Hi Tony,

They are separate events. They have the same title and are in the same week, but I set them up as separate events.

Actually I realise that they have slightly different titles, as I included the location in the title, which is different each time.

Hi Nick, it should be spread out like this:

Are you experiencing this issue with the latest software?

Alright, I’d like to set this up for testing. Could you grab a screenshot of the events overview screen?

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots

We do not need any personal information but it would be helpful to see the event name along with start date.

Thanks

Lorenzo

Thanks Nick. I have an idea on what may be causing this. Could you try shifting the on sale dates for those events?

http://cl.ly/image/282A271b1m26

For example, move one of them forward by a day and another one back one day.

Does the report then begin to appear normal?

Thanks!

Lorenzo

Unfortunately that didn’t help – I changed all the on sale dates, as per this screenshot:

But still this:

Hi Nick,

This may seem like a strange question, but how were those events created?

A single event duplicated multiple times or manually created each individual event?

I’ve tested both an not been able to reproduce this so just trying to narrow this down some.

Hi Tony,

It was a single event duplicated.

Would you mind if I took at a look at the admin as I can’t reproduce this?

If you could send temporary login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

I’ll take a look and see if I can see a cause.
