customers unable to register for events outside of my network/VPN connection

I am having issues with registration for events (this is for all my events created). Once the user fills in the contact information required and processed to payment options and error comes up saying “unable to proceed please try later”. This only happens if they are registering outside my network or VPN connection, which is everyone! Can someone please help?

Hi there,

Can you check to see if there are any security plugins or security settings on your website that block the wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file from anyone not on your network? The reason I ask is because your site is returning a 404 not found error when the registration process sends an ajax request:
