Customers purchasing tickets stopped receiving confirmation emails

Customers purchasing tickets to an event on my site have suddenly stopped receiving confirmation emails.

This started randomly 2 days ago. Before that, anyone buying tickets for the same events still received emails.

How can this be fixed?

Hi,

Have you checked to see that general emails are still being sent? You can use the Check Email plugin for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

Event Espresso emails use the standard WP mail function via your server, and it has been found that some servers, especially shared hosting, restricts or blocks email if too many go out/go out in a short period of time.

You may wish to consider an email service such as Mandrill or Postmarkapp if you continue to have undeliverable mail.
