Customers are not being emailed tickets after purchase online

Hi, were running EE4, which I just updated along with the WP plugin. Everything is working great with one exception that I cant seem to figure out. Customers are not receiving tickets that are emailed to them. Error messages come up indicating that customer did not receive email do to wrong path. Does this have to do with ticket customization?

Can you post the full error message you are seeing please?

It may have something to do with a ticket customization but without the error its hard to tell.

If you view the message templates in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates can you see the ticket notice there?
