Customer has reported “We are experiencing a large number of ticket sales sticking at Pending Payment rather than it being processed.
People are testing and put in all their details including the card details and everything but it didn’t work. The booking page just seems to freeze, like its loading, but does not change.”
Event Espresso doesn’t connect to us, it’s installed and saves all data onto your site/server which means there’s nothing I can check on my see end.
Noone else has reported this issue, if it was in issue with the plugin itself we would have at least 1 other report of issues, so I’m guessing a plugin conflict or server config issue.
However I’d need to take a look over the logs to see what is happening.
