Hello,

There problem with the customers listing not in the database but we had a notification that a student purchased a class in Paypal.

Also, is there a way I can test this without paying anything just to test the whole process?

Do you have a way to test it without paying actual money?

Hi there,

Which PayPal payment method are you using?

Do you have any caching plugins installed on the site?

The only time we see anything like this is when caching has been enabled causing line items from one registration to effectively overwrite another.

Also, is there a way I can test this without paying anything just to test the whole process?

Using PayPal? You’ll need to switch to sandbox credentials and make a payment with a sandbox account:

https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/

Also, you can test a ticket using the Invoice payment method and see if you can reproduce issues with that. Remember that if you attendees are not required to log into the site you should also test whilst no logged in.
