Hi I been using the System on my website
and there are some questions I would like to ask you

  1. The Customer Invoice (at the bottom mentions you must pay within 48 hours before the event….) Can I Edit that PDF to be personalised for the Tour Campaign I am holding
  2. When the Customer Buys the Ticket, they type in there NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, thats fine… then it goes to the Next Page Confirm Registration (I dont want that PAGE to appear until the Customer has brought a ticket)

I want them to type in there email, and name >>>> then PAYPAL >>>> the CONFIRM REGISTRATION

Is that possible to do …

Hello Jamal,

1) Yes the invoice pdf can be edited but it does require going into some code. The files in question are in event-espresso/gateways/invoice and can be copied over to the uploads/espresso folder. The file with that setting is the settings.php.

2) Currently the confirmation page cannot be removed, however in the next update it should be possibel to skip this section so it goes “ype in rgeistration details” -> PayPal -> return page (if set)

Thanks for you response, to my questions… I will wait for the next Update to be available, do you know when will it be released…

In Regards to the PDF, Invoice and the Editing Can you Talk me through the process in what to do …

Hi Jamal,

I’m sorry, sometimes I forget the easy way to do things.

In WordPress go to Event Espresso > Payment Settings, >Invoice and you can amend the details under Payment Instructions.

Much much easier.

The next update is due soon, but we can’t advise a release date as occasionally things get delayed.

Hello Dean

I want to Payment Settings on the Control Panel all I saw is PAYMENT METHODS there is No Invoice Section
Would you like to have a Look?

Hence Why I am bit confused

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Hi Jamal,

Yes, we got your message and we checked. The Invoice payment Settings option is there, but it needs to be activated first before you can configure theme. It’s the 3rd item above the activated PayPal settings. You’ll need to click the gray colored box that says “Invoice Payment Settings”, then click the green box that says “Activate Invoice Payments”.
