Hello, i need to make some modifications to the event espresso,
1. we deal with a lot of companies that send students to our school and would like to have the ability to send confirmation letters to both the company that pays the students that registered and one copy to us any help or direction would be great.
2. does any know the name of the template that’s responsible for the PDF invoice i would like to add my company logo and the company phone number.
3a. I have made some modifications to this wonderful software that i think would be great to see in future developments of this plugin, who would i share this with?
the modifications are as listed:
1. Print Function for attendance list (class Roster)
2. copy company information(Clients Details are copied and pasted in to registration form for faster adding of students)

Hi Tommy,
1) That’s hard with out customisation. While there is the “Alternate email address” option, this will only work if the email is already known. Form the sound sof it the referrer could be a one of a variety of companies.
2) No code edit needed – go to Payment Settings and check the Invoice settings out. There is an area for an address where you could add a phone number and there is an image field for a logo.
3.1) I agree, having a button in the admin would be nice. I’ll add a feature request. In the mean time you could use the export attendees function to get a spreadsheet that can be printed out, or you could use the [LISTATTENDEES] shortcode on a private page to obtain a list of the attendees you can print out https://eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#attendee-list
3.2) I’m not 100% sure of your exact needs here, but the WP User Integration does have something that may be useful. If the registrant is a site user and logged in, with WP User Integration add on active, some of the profile data will be automatically filled in on the form. Obviously custom questions are not covered as we don’t know what your questions will be!
