I checked and can see that the edits were made directly to the template within the ticketing add-on. We actually do not recommend editing the tickets this way, but we can help you get this back on track.
May I ask what information exactly do you want to edit? The location will depend on what’s being edited.
So currently the edits are hardcoded into the ticket plugin. If you use your site’s WP File Manager plugin, that’s found in wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/templates/index.php. Starting on line 75.
Ideally that template should be copied over to your site’s /wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets folder or backed up somewhere in case it gets overwritten when re-installing/updating the ticket plugin.
The short answer is you can’t change it anywhere else because of the way the original developer hard-coded in the changes. If you scroll down to line 75 you’ll see the text that you want to change.
