I am having an issue with my custom ticket. I’m replacing an image in the editor and it is keeping my old image. I believe I have the right custom ticket because it shows that it is associated with my 6 events. I have cleared my cache as well. Thanks for helping! |
did you receive any error while doing it? Can you enable to Debugging on wordpress, then try to upload image. Then Paste the error message here. thanks |

Also, my last day for registration is Friday. I will need to be able to print these “tickets” (We use them as badges for the event) on Saturday. Thank you so much for your help!! Laura |

Hello Tony, I’m so glad to see you!! Current ticket: https://i.gyazo.com/1f39a8669ac5ccfae175e64de08d637c.png Also, I’ve just noticed that it seems like the system is setting up a new template. I haven’t counted them, but it seems like the list of new template is getting longer each time. Most of them have the new image on them, but I’m not sure where to change the ticket for the event, and I’m not sure that my css will work with the newly generated custom ticket. I really just need to change the existing one. If that doesn’t work though, maybe we could use one of these? Thanks so much for your help Tony! Laura |

Also, Do you know why there are so many errors? It seems like a lot of them are involved with Conference Pro Theme. Should I be concerned about my theme? Thanks, Laura |

Also, It doesn’t look like my messages are going out since the 5th! They all show “No recipient”. |

I did try use the “approve and notify registrations” button, because I wanted to send a notification to someone I had just canceled and reregistered myself, so that may have sent these. My notifications should only go to the ‘Sponsor email’. The system may have tried to send to the Attendee email and I have that turned off. Regardless, it should have sent something to the Sponsor email when I registered and I don’t see a notification for that. Nor do I see the initial registration message in my email. Thanks, Laura |

Just noticed my php is version 7.4. Should I upgrade? Could this be the issue? |

Also, if I upgrade the php, will it affect someone registering. I know I have a person doing a huge registration. She has until midnight to finish. I could wait, but I need to print badges starting Sunday or Monday at the latest. Thanks, |
