I had this problem last year right before my event and Tony fixed it, but we were going to work on it before this year’s event.
I am replacing my background image on my custom ticket. I replace the html link in the code and save the file. I can see it on the visual just fine. Then when I refresh the page I can still see the right image. I leave the page and come back to it and the image has reverted back to the old file.

I responded to your email last week and waited a few days. I do need the other badge changed please.
I sent 2 emails on the 13th and one on the 14th.
