Custom Ticket variable insertion

I’d like to add the answer to a question the registrants answer on the registration form. The question is: Dietary restrictions? Check box answer required: NONE or VEGAN.

How do I get that answer to show up on the ticket? Thanks,

Hi Markus,

You can use the [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*] shortcode.

This shortcode outputs the answer for any question passed to it, for example if you ask a ‘Start Date’ question on the reg form, the shortcode would be:

[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Start Date]

Use the ‘Question Text’ that you set within the question – http://take.ms/8MIj5

Yours looks like ‘Dietary restrictions?’ so you would use:

[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Dietary restrictions?]

Thank you. So do I use the ADMIN-LABEL? In this case it’s: dietary-restrictions.

So the syntax would be: [RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*dietary-restrictions]

I tested it on a registrant and nothing appears. I must have the code wrong
