How can I design my own ticket? What files do I need to edit or create?

Also if I have EE create a ticket for me how much does that cost?

Hello Stuart,

We have a list of shortcodes on this page that you can use to customize your ticket template. You will enter these shortcodes in the php template files that are located in the espresso-ticketing/templates/ directory. If you are going to make changes, everything in this folder should be copied to wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets/templates to prevent them from being overwritten during an upgrade. There is detailed information toward the bottom of this page.
