I think maybe the instructions as described here needs an update?
https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/a6610712a59cf29cca58 I have followed the instructions by the letter, and yes the available tickets does show after making the changes, however the sidebar on the page is replaced by the venue address.. Is this because the custom template is incompatible with my WordPress template or is it because the custom template needs an update?

Hi there,

The way in which the ticket selector is output has changed since that template was created so yes it may need to be updated.
