Custom Registration Question

How can I set up multi-tier conditional questions? For example
Question (Radio Button) Do you have special dietary needs?
Y/N
If the Y answer is selected then present a text field “pls describe your dietary requirements.”

Hi,

I’m afraid that multi-tier conditional questions are not a feature that Event Espresso currently supports. What some have done is add a follow up form to the thank you page, or direct the user to another page on the site, where the form can have multi-tier conditional form fields. Some WordPress contact form plugins have this feature.
