So this is a golf outing and some people will buy all 4 tickets for a foursome, I want to know how one person can add additional registrants during the checkout process. I see that in the registrants area in the admin panel they are entered as 4 separate instances and I can go in an edit them if needed, but it would be much easier if the users could do it.

Hi Jon,
You would need to enable the question groups for additional attendees/registrants:

This option is available in the Event Editor towards the bottom right side of the page.

In a related note, a person registered 4 players before this and it is all under one name, can I go in an edit the registration to add the additional info now?

Hello again Jon,
I was not sure how Event Espresso 4 handled this so I ran some testing this evening. Unfortunately, you can’t edit existing registrations that were under a single attendee.
You could also manually add the registrations again by using this button http://cl.ly/image/2q0X0E2v0a1f
This would allow you to re-enter the information for all of the registrants. From there, you would cancel the older registrations.
