Hello
I created custom questions that I want to use for a particular event. How do I get the that se of registration questions associated to the teicket and/or event only?

Hi there,
You add the questions to a question group, then you go to edit the event and assign the question group by checking a checkbox. There are more details (and a how to video) in the documentation:

Im sorry, I think i got that part. I read in another post that there was a way to add a custom link to the registration form that allows me to have registrant answer multiple items etc. I.E. I created a jot form that I need them to complete once they check out

One way would be to create a custom email message notification for that event, and include your jot form URL in that message with instructions to click through and complete that additional form.
