Greetings!

I’ve used services such as PayPal in the past, but I’m very interested in wrapping my mind around how to process payments in-site. I’ve researched how it works, but am curious how much this plugin handles. Do you have a list of supported Payment Gateways that one selects from within the settings?

Basically, I recognize I’d need to have a static IP and certificate ready, but what else would I need to have for the plugin to work?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Jason,

Here is a list of our integrated payment gateways. You’ll want to look at the gateways that offer on-site payments: https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/

You won’t need much other than an SSL.

Thanks, Garth!

I’m realizing now that I’m not exactly using my terminology correctly… The joys of learning something new. 🙂 But Stripe looks promising!

Also, the “demo” portion of your site doesn’t seem to actually provide a demo (that is, a site using the plugin). Is there somewhere where I can see what the plugin looks like? Screenshots?

HI Jason,

good.

Test Drive Event Espresso (https://eventespresso.com/pricing/test-drive-event-espresso/) for free on the test-drive site. You’ll get to play with the admin.

Just so you know, I”m seeing an error in the test drive event registration when I click to pay by credit card:
<pre class=”brush: text; gutter: true; first-line: 1; highlight: []; html-script: false”>Notice: Undefined index: force_ssl_return in /home/eeliveadmin/www/eelive/testdrive/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/aim/aim_vars.php on line 21

Sorry, I tried to wrap the error in the Plain Text tags. I’ll just paste it plainly:

Notice: Undefined index: force_ssl_return in /home/eeliveadmin/www/eelive/testdrive/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/aim/aim_vars.php on line 21

Notice: Undefined index: display_header in /home/eeliveadmin/www/eelive/testdrive/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/aim/aim_vars.php on line 26

Hi Jason,

Thanks for pointing this out. I checked and it looks like someone was working on the site earlier this week and activated a few gateways but did not enter in any API test credentials.

I set up one of the gateways with testing credentials and tested to make sure they work now and all is good.
