Custom messages for particular tickets

Hi guys
Just wondering if it is possible to have a custom message for a particular ticket type. So for our professional learning events, we offer onsite tickets and online / remote tickets for the same event. For the remote ones, I want EE4 to send these people instructions on how to connect. but this email doesn’t need to go to the onsite people. Is this possible? if so, how?

Hi Glen,

Currently this is not something that is available within EE.

Messages can be assign to specific events, but not specific tickets within an event so you would need to include the information relevant for both tickets in a single email at this time.
