Custom Messages are Ignored

We have a Spanish registration page here:

And I have added Question Group in Spanish called: Inventarios Prematrimoniales

Upon check out the Invoice and Receipt displays the Answer perfectly.

I have created custom message templates (Registration Approved & Registration Pending Payment) and enabled them on all Spanish events.

The problem is, the custom messages are being ignored and it sends the Global message in English instead.

That’s most likely happening because Multi Event Registration is activated. If Multi Event Registration is deactivated, do the custom messages get sent?
