I have created some Custom Message Templates. When I attempt to duplicate them, by clicking the “Create Custom” button to the right of the previously created message, I get a white screen of death. Nothing happens. I have created many before, and never had this issue. I also made sure to update the plugin, but no fix!
Thank you for reporting this, I’ve been investigating this issue and found the cause which we will need to push an update out to fix.
I’ve created a ticket with a fix which will be reviewed and tested, once confirmed it will be included in core for the next release which should be pushed later today.
The update with a fix for this has been pushed live (v4.10.20.p)
If you do not currently see the update within Dashboard -> Plugins then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and just hit save to force an update check.
The update should then show in your plugins menu.
