Custom Mesage for Approved Registrations

Hello! I’ve been trying to create a class reminder after someone has has paid registration for class. When I send the test email to myself, only the registration details appear, instead of the message. Also, after I created the message and clicked SAVE, only part of the message appears. I do not know HTML or code; will you please explain as simply as possible? Worst case scenario; if I sent you the text, could you do it on your end? Thank You!

Hi,

When you make edits to the email templates it’s important to make sure you’re editing the correct context of the Message type. For example, if you’re making edits to the Email Registration Approved Template, you’ll likely need to edit the Registrant Recipient context.
